These terms cover two things: using this website, and working with Dylan and Jamie Boylan (trading as Twofold Designs) on a project. By using the site or getting in touch about a project, you're agreeing to what's below.

This website

The content on this site, including its design, layout and copy, belongs to Twofold Designs. You're welcome to look around and get in touch, but please don't copy the design or content for your own use without asking us first.

The demo sites

The Examples section on this site links to Strand and Marigold Hair Studio. Both are fictional demo builds we designed and built ourselves to show what a Twofold project looks like. They are not real businesses, and any names, products, prices or contact details on them are for demonstration only. Forms on those sites don't send real enquiries anywhere.

Getting a quote

The estimator on this site gives a rough, non-binding starting price based on the options you pick. It's a starting point for a conversation, not a fixed quote. Any actual project is agreed separately in writing, including scope, price and timeline, before work begins.

No guaranteed outcome

We build things properly and stand behind our work, but we can't guarantee specific business results (traffic, sales, rankings, and so on) from a website we build, since that depends on a lot of factors outside our control.

Liability

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or of a site we've built for you, beyond what's required by law. For an actual client project, liability terms are set out in that project's own agreement, which takes priority over this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
